    196 g onion,

    230 g carrots,

    132 g potatoes,

    3 stalks celery, chopped,

    392 g split peas, dry weight,

    2 cloves garlic,

    Vegan chicken bouillon ,

    Thyme, salt, pepper, bay leaves,

    Water,

    Liquid smoke,

    chopped parsley sprinkled on top.

    Cooked peas first in broth then blitzed with hand mixer for added creaminess. Pan fried vegetables and added remaining ingredients except toppings.

    For added protein topped with keto bread croutons and tofu bacon bits
