Does the FDA publish a guideline for how long certain food products last? We make a frittata, and I can't remember how long that will last. Properly cooled directly after baking, each piece stored airtight. Pic so hopefully doesn't get lost.

    FDA food code says 7 days inclusive of prep date for safety. Quality is up to you.

    a week total. from prep to plate. if you need it to last longer you have to freeze it, which only pauses the week

    I have known many who did not choose between meth or meats—getting commerical smokers going at 3am can attract a certain sort
