About a 3lb rib roast reversed seared. I smoked it at 250 till ~118° internal, let rest while I put down the kids and git my smoker up to 580° and seared both sides. Little more on the medium side for me but was delicious. Also I wasn't gunna let a blizzard stop me lol, now I have to shovel.
