sweet chili shrimp po-boy🌹

Sweet and sticky shrimp paired with crunchy vegetables and a tangy creamy sauce all nestled into a crunchy baguette.

Grocery list🛒
1. Shrimp
2. French baguette
3. Garlic butter
4. Sweet chili sauce
5. Shredded lettuce
6. Pickled carrots
7. Sliced cucumbers
8. Sliced red onions
9. Tartar sauce
10. Flour
11. Corn starch
12. Sparkling water
13. Oil
14. Salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder

Recipe👩🏽‍🍳:
1. In a saucepan, melt butter, minced garlic, and parsley over low heat for 5 min. Set aside.
2. In a bowl, combine flour, cornstarch, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Pour in sparkling water and mix to create batter.
3. Detail shrimp and pat dry with paper towel. Coat shrimp with the batter letting any excess drip off.
4. Deep fry shrimp for about 2-3 min or until golden brown.
5. Drain on paper towels then mix in with sweet chili sauce in another bowl.
5. Spread garlic butter on top and inside baguette and toast.
6. Spread tartar sauce on one side of bread, then shredded lettuce, pickled carrots, and red onions.
7. Add the sweet chili shrimp on top, then sliced cucumbers and finally the other side of toasted bread.

  1. Where fo you find veggies like those? None of the stores near me carry produce that looks like that. And Im not really a fan of shrimp that looks delicious. 😋
