Not bad but for the volume:calories ratio it’s lacking. If it’s all you have then I see no issue with it (:

Seems a little calorie dense to qualify as volume eating to me; but it looks good!
I just think the point of the sub is to find ways to make those 920 calories stretch to an actual large amount of food, not how to make it fit into a cereal bowl.

Not bad! Maybe try and substitute some bell peppers, onions, zucchini or cauliflower rice to lower the carbs and calories while also keeping you full and even more fibrous.

One thing id recommend is looking for less calorie dense rice. Jasmine rice for instance is about 20 calories less per cup than white rice according to a quick google search
