I wouldn’t go so far as to call it “ultimate”, as they claim on their chopstick sleeve, but it is very good. It’s probably the best tori paitan I’ve had in LA so far. Some people claim it’s similar to Kagari Ginza in Tokyo but it’s not even close. Kagari is S-tier, greatest in the world, truly ultimate chicken ramen. Torisoba is A-tier. The noodles are very good and have a nice flavor to them. The broth has good flavor and decent body and gets really boosted if you add the truffle oil they offer at the table. I will say that their chicken chasu is excellent, even better than what Kagari offers. The chicken gyoza were perfectly cooked and quite tasty too. All in all, this place is very good. If you’re looking for high quality chicken ramen, this is probably your best bet.

$15.75 for the ramen, $6.25 for the gyoza. Excellent service. 6 seats at the counter for solo diners. Plenty of tables as well. Street parking only, as far as a I could tell. Card accepted (not sure about cash). 8 out of 10
