Lunch for nearly the whole week prepped, nice to know I won't have to cook for every meal every day! Any suggestions for other simple stuff I could try? This was literally just tilapia baked with no butter and old bay seasoning, the rice and the broccoli was steamed, so no hidden calories with butter and such. Though soy sauce will add on a little extra.

I find myself doing a lot of bowls for meal prep. They all consists of sauté veggies in chicken broth, a cup of rice, and a protein. I switch up the protein often, whether it be ground beef in taco seasoning with tomato paste, rotisserie chicken, teriyaki chicken, sweet and sour shrimp, ahi tuna steaks, scallops in garlic sauce, or pork tenderloin with bbq sauce.
this looks so yummy! i wish i could meal prep seafood. i’m just scared to be the coworker that heats up fish in the microwave lol.
