Waited an hour for this from Old Chicago.
Doughy, cold, and sad. So sad. Whoever cut it was having a terrible day and took it out on this pizza. Or has never cut anything ever before.
Took a couple desperation bites but it was inedible.
Called the store and the manager was in disbelief after i explained. Refunded and offered a full comp of next meal but the crime was too atrocious. Never went back.
