God I love my Alto-Shaam it’s so versatile and has over 10 seconds of input lag :)

   Had a few of these. I know the lag. Memory is likely full and needs a purge. The combis would track all HACCP data, every button push, and every 6mo or so that needed to be downloaded and/or reset. Little toolbox on the bottom right.

   Maybe check the vents for it could be the system is over heated but the other poster is probably right. Not the same thing but the microwaves were being terrible, icecold food after minutes of cooking, no body ever cleaned the vents, was a solid wall. After doing so Chef mike was back to being the fastest cook in the kitchen.

    Not sure what’s up. I work with four of these and I don’t get lag. Though, I do get issues where I’ll tap a button but it registers as the button next to it.

    Memory issue. Not hard to fix. Call their customer service and they’ll help you out.

    I feel like you could clear the cache or something and tune it up. No idea how to clear history on a shaam but maybe there is a way?

    Just need to overclock the CPU. Take out the motherboard and fuck around with the jumpers.
