After nearly 3 months, 2 failed starters, 4 terrible loaves and a (minor) depressive episode, I produced a loaf I am so happy with. It’s flavorful with an open crumb and a perfect crust!

I’m just watching videos, feeding my starter with a few days of sitting in the fridge in between. Third boule is hopefully going to be the prettiest of my endeavors so far. Going to watch some more videos of the art of scoring decoratively.
