    Idk… it is all things I love so I’d smash. I’ve done halibut on a fettuccine with caper and olive buerre blanc during pandemic, but I would probably have the fish as a final and the puttanesca as my mid if I were doing it now. That being said, briny and toasty and light sole… yeah I’d probably love that a lot. Glass of Arneis and we might be besties.
