Exec chef said this Shrimp Louie is our new (and only) salad for the winter menu. I have my thoughts but wanted to hear yalls….

    Shrimp Louie is actually a pretty good dish when it doesn’t look like it’s being served in a retirement home.

  6. Im glad yall like it as much as I do. Some other complaints include: The dressing being mayo based means no vegan salad options. Were supposed to cut the tomatoes into 6ths but only use 5 on a given salad. We cant have side salads instead of fries anymore.

    Okay since you can’t win this war, take eggyolks and grate them over the throw up, blanch those tomatoes, then peele skin quarter them, olives in some oil with some warm seasonings and spices, let the avocado be, and then finally what is that iceberg? Lemon wedges are subjective but they have a purpose with the puke i guess all good, this should be in a bowl lol
