Just kind of experimenting with it. Did 160-180 about 3.5 hours then turned it up to 225 for about 20 minutes.
My old smoker was a vertical electric smoker and was super finicky when trying to control the temp but seems as though that's not an issue with these things. Might look into getting a smoke tube at some point to try that out.
