Steam it

Rapid defrost with barely running lukewarm water in a container/bowl/sink large enough for it. Should defrost in like 10-15 mins at most. Then cook as normal.

Put it in boiling water and let it come up to temp for about 10 min or so. The entire vacuum sealed oackage. It should say on the package. Let it cool before cutting

Cover it with a wet paper towel when microwaving it. It’s similar to steaming it, but using a microwave.
I do this all the time when heating up a variety of foods in the microwave, including frozen soondae.

Thaw in fridge overnight. Steam instead of microwave or boiling. Let it sit for about 10 minutes after it’s done steaming before slicing to minimize the chance of it falling apart.

Steam

The soondae can explode if you use the microwave. It happened to me.
Boil water in a large pot and drop the entire package for ten minutes. Remove it from the plastic wrap and let it cool for at least five minutes. The soondae should be good to slice and serve.
Dubu-Kimchi
Thaw and steam ;o;

I probably wouldn’t be boiling food in microplastics and then consuming.
