Conversion of UK Spirit II E320 to NZ

Hi all

I searched the reddit but couldn't find anything about converting from one country to another, other than this:

For instance, you can’t buy a Weber Summit model in Germany and bring it to the UK and expect it to be functional, or vice versa. Gas parts (manifold, burner tubes and hose/regulator) are country-specific. For safety reasons, we are unable to support consumers who want to convert a grill from one gas pressure to another. 

NZ LPG is a Butane/Propane mix whereas UK LPG is 100% Propane, so is it possible that the manifold and burners are different between the UK and NZ Webers, and that it would be dangerous to try to use my UK Weber with NZ LPG by just replacing the hose/regulator?
