[OC] Baked Wonton Egg Cups

Had a few wonton wrappers left and decided to put them to good use – enter these baked wonton egg cups! I layered them in a muffin tin, filled each cup with eggs, diced kielbasa, a sprinkle of cheese, and some diced tomatoes, then baked until golden and crispy. Pretty happy with how these turned out!
