Quick One-Pot Zucchini Pasta Recipe, No Meat, and Yet Super Tasty!

This Zucchini Pasta is super tasty and easy to make! Fresh, creamy, and packed with flavor! Come join me and learn how to make this delicious dish!

Ingredients:
• 400g Zucchini
• 100g Cilantro
• 50g Oregano (for topping)
• 100g Cherry Tomatoes
• 5 Cloves of Garlic
• 1 White Onion
• 100ml Olive or Vegetable Oil
• 1 tbsp Salt
• 1 tsp Black Pepper
• 500g Pasta
• 4 tbsp Heavy Cream or Greek Yogurt
• 50g Mozzarella Cheese

Instructions:
• Grate zucchini, chop veggies.
• Heat oil, sauté garlic and onion.
• Cook pasta.
• Add zucchini, tomatoes, season with salt & pepper.
• Stir in cream or yogurt, mozzarella.
• Top with cilantro & oregano.

Tips:
• Use any pasta shape you like.
• Add extra cheese for a creamier dish.
• Substitute Greek yogurt for a tangy twist.
