How do I know when theyre ready to harvest? It seems the big one isn’t getting more red


The peppers I took the seeds from were a darker red, and I planted it a bit late in the season.

Also this is the first time I grow peppers

    I’m assuming they are Reapers. They’ll turn blood red.

    Honestly I like to taste my peppers at all phases of ripeness. Figure out how you like them. Explore your palat my friend
