    Ooh what did you use for the vegan replacement? Seitan? Soy protein?

    Seems like a good alternative for those who don’t/can’t eat pork 👍

    That looks delicious! I love the idea of a vegan tonkatsu. It looks so crispy and flavorful. The sides look great too.
