Gluten Free Mushroom Veggie Burgers are so dang tasty!
Full of flavor and they’re perfect for parties and get together, an easy Appetiser.
Sautéed Mushroom
* Wash and remove the stalk of mushrooms
* Heat 2 tbsp butter in a Pan.
* Cook and sautéed the mushrooms until golden on both sides .
For Filling
* Combine 2 spoons of Paneer/cream cheese/hung Yogurt
* with chopped veggies of your choice, coriander leaves & finely chopped onion.
Assembling the Burgers
* Slices of Cherry tomato, cucumber & cheese , lettuce leaves.
