Cast iron with avo oil. Seasoned with salt and Holy Cow. Finished with butter. Cooked to about 127. Just how I like it.

    Is it just me or does that look overcooked? Particularly for 127. Maybe it was that temperature in the middle, but the overcooked portion near the crust is bigger than the pink part. Pan too hot maybe?

    Awesome, all the way around. Steak looks perfect, love the sides. I am most impressed with the cook on those eggs though, I struggle nailing mine
