    I soaked it in apple juice all night, then patted dry, did a binder, then real heavy pork rub, let it sit out for a while, then did apple juice/pork brine injection. Cooked at 250 until 145 internal, rest 15min and was crazy juicy 🤤

  6. I really need to start trying pork loin. I only ever do tenderloin. I fucked up a pork loin years ago before I started getting more serious about cooking and have just stayed away from it. Posts like this are inspirational.

    A fuckin dog turd would taste good also if you pumped all the salt solution in it like they do them pork loins!!!
