Stayed at a friend’s house and got to open whatever we wanted from the cellar. Plenty were old and off, but this was wonderful.

That color is crazy for a wine that is 65 years old. Had Leroy 1967 Meursault Poruzots years ago that was a super cool tasting experience and had a similarly light color for a wine you would think would show more oxidation in its color.
