    https://i.imgur.com/oCgcRsA.jpeg  The 1 lb NY strip was for my wife and I.  The parents got those medium well T bones; that’s how they like it.   With mash potatoes, mushrooms that I sautéed in the garlic oil, and not pictured bruschetta that I was smearing garlic on.  Steaks seared on a rip roaring cast iron.
