We had our turkey last night since the rest of the family doesn't care for it. It's just the two of us so we used Butterball netted breast with a smoke tube of bear mountain bourbon pellets. 275 for 3 hours and it turned out great! I added some mirepoix for the gravy and had a leftover baked potato from the night before. Happy Thanksgiving!
