Is 300 calories a good estimate?


How many calories for that unsweetened cappuccino and that mini cream filled doughnut? I was thinking 300 (130
for the cappuccino and 160-170 for the doughnut)

    I’m no expert but that looks like it’s about “worth every calorie.”

    160ml unsweeten cuppuccino is 50 calories

    1 mini filled cream donut is 200 calories

    Total is 250 calories

    I’m thinking closer to 250 but 300 is a safe bet.
