



First time smoking a turkey and it turned out so juicy. Did a garlic and herb injections on all parts of the turkey and then did a garlic and herb rub on the outside. Smoked it for about 5 hours. Will definitely be doing it again but maybe Cajun style next. Happy Thanksgiving everyone and have fun smoking.

That rack is pro style, makes removal super easy.
At what temp did you smoke it, and pulled the turkey. Currently I have one in the smoker. Also how big is this turkey. Thanks
