1 large zucchini.
Salt – 1/2 tsp.
Sour cream – 1 tbsp.
2 eggs.
Flour – 5-6 tbsp.
Baking soda – 1 tsp.
Salt.
Ground black pepper.
Parmesan – 50 gr.
Vegetable oil for frying.

Sour cream – 2 tbsp.
Yogurt – 1 tbsp.
1 clove of garlic.
Dill.
Salt to taste.

1 large zucchini. Grate zucchini on a fine grater. Salt – 1/2 tsp. Sour cream – 2 tbsp. Yogurt – 1 tbsp. 1 clove of garlic. Dill. Salt to taste. Sour cream – 1 tbsp. 2 eggs. Flour – 5-6 tbsp. Baking soda – 1 tsp. Salt. Ground black pepper. Parmesan – 50 gr. vegetable oil for frying. Fry over low heat until golden brown. Cover with a lid and fry over low heat.

1 onion.
3 cloves of garlic.

Tomato paste – 100 gr.
Water – 100 ml.
Salt and pepper.

Warm milk – 220 ml.
Warm water – 220 ml.
Sugar – 1 tbsp.
Dry yeast – 2 tsp.
1 egg.
Salt – 2 tsp.
Flour – 330 gr.
