I miss the pizza in Argentina, a good pizza fugazza can really hit the spot!

A bit childish looking but I’d eat it. I’m just happy to see green olives for once

I mean, if that sauce is good I’m good.

Yes this is Argentinian pizza 101. I have my issues with it like using sauce with tomato pieces but it’s more often than not, solid pizza.

My husband is Argentinian and said pizza in Argentina is terrible but the gelato is the world’s best.

The dough looks a little undercooked, but besides that, that looks awesome.

Argentinian pizza history goes back about as far as the traditions do in New York (and Italy) due to similar immigration patterns at the same time.

It’s a different style with different seasoning, more cheese, provolone in the mix, served with fainá, more olives present, etc.

This one looks pretty standard. It’s not trying to be New York pizza, it’s not trying to be Neapolitan pizza, it’s as established as those styles though. it’s not trying to be anything you’ve probably had if you’re talking shit.

Tbh it’s not my favorite style but it’s crazy to judge it for not looking like what you are used to.

That looks like a mediocre pizza I had in Japan once.

  13. This is not a crime. Argentinian food is incredible.

Honestly all the pizzas in Argentina look like they were made by a fourth grader with their first unrestricted access to cheese. Just too much cheese man. As a cheese lover with French heritage I never thought I’d say “that’s just too much cheese” then I went to Argentina
