    It was so so good, the meat was so tender goat is such an underrated protein. I added some veggies (tomato, green beans, spinach at the end). Cooked on high for 4 hours as I was pressed for time but I think low would be even better.

  2. Looks glorious!!!! Goat is my favourite curry/stew meat. Have you tried Jamaican curry goat?

    I’m jealous. Finding goat around here is so damn hard. Need to drive to the city for a halal butcher and even then it’s hard to find and always frozen. Such a flavorful meat. I second the person who said to make Jamaican goat curry, but also true authentic birria should be goat.
