Recently had the famed saikyo course at Yakiuo Ishikawa at Gems in Roppongi. The restaurant touts itself as the only seafood yakiniku joint in the world. I came for the tri-color bowl they feature heavily on social media; but every course was amazing. Would definitely go again.
