Based off the fact you posted in ana recovery I suggest not counting calories and one day isn’t going to do anything’s it’s thanksgiving enjoy it, wishing you the best

Y’all gotta stop projecting your own problems on thanksgiving posts seriously.

This place is for giving estimates about calories.

Also y’all have no idea what else OP has eaten or will eat today. Nor about their goals or how healthy they are eating. Not that this comment is gonna stop people from being stupid.

Edit: I see what the situation with op is and I seriously wish them all the best. I guess I could’ve looked at their profile first. However this comment was also meant for other posts in general. And again I hope you figure out how to deal with what you’re going through, good luck!

I appreciate all the care about my mental health💛 I just started recovering and tracking has been helping me stay committed. Trying to eat more each day and today has been a big step forward 🙂

I promise you— on Thanksgiving it doesn’t matter! What matters is you feel as full as possible and loved by family. That’s what the holiday is all about.

I’m not great at estimating calories, but I wanted to compliment on the portion sizes! They’re just the right size.
