





Picked up a 575 Pro for Black Friday…and broke it proper…Day one were wings (0-400 method) ~Jerky with Flat Iron steak~ and Meatloaf today…1# Ground Brisket, 1# Ground pork and 1# 80/20…with spices/veg/milk and sour dough bread it came in right at 5#’s…leftover bring I made Mexican style chorizo sausage…everything was delicious…Meatloaf was Aaamazing….it’s definitely a different animal from my stick burner…been smoking with oak for Years…so the flavors will be fun to play with!
