Smoked Paprika, freshly ground pepper, chopped fresh rosemary put on the night before, diamond kosher and a little flaky salt put on as it was being brought to room temperature, cooked in cast iron, and then basted with butter, thyme, rosemary, garlic and Italian parsley. Didn’t get a good picture with the sides, but kept it simple with a baked potato and sautéed parmesan white truffle asparagus.
