My favorite dinner meal prep!
Full disclosure this prep looks like more work than it actually is! In the video I’m showing you side by side as I prep the meal and then serve it up. I always make all of the components in advance so when it comes time to serve, it’s really just assembly!
Prep in advance:
🫑Wash and cut peppers and onions
🫙Mix yogurt chicken marinade
🍗Pre-Cut Chicken Breast
🥗Make Tabouli Salad
🫙Mix Tzatziki sauce
When you’re making dinner:
🍗Air fry peppers, onions, and marinated chicken @425 for 15-20 min
🥗Serve up the cooked items with tabouli, tzatziki, and hummus
🤤Enjoy
The whole meal takes me ~30 min to prep and less than 5 min of active time to cook and assemble for dinner and hot damn is it so fresh and delicious!
