  2. I did the same! I followed the advice on AmazingRibs dot com and had the ribs separated and fat cap removed, and used the ribs in the pan to make their “gravy” for the meat and mashed potatoes. It was the best prime rib I’ve ever had, with a great crust all around.

    Yours look fantastic.
