So I stumbled upon frozen chopped onions. They are great to use in a pinch, I love onions my husband is not as big as a fan so I often will cook onions just for myself these are a great option for that! Just thought I would share my new found products!

I put a whole bag of the diced ones in my green bean casserole. It was amazing.

I get the pearl onions but half the pleasure is peeling and eating a little chunk of that fresh onion you just diced.
I can add a whole bag to basically anything I eat. Those sweet ground puppies make any meal a meal to remember. 🧅🫡

Love pickling the pearl onions and putting few in my martini (turning it into a Gibson).
the pearl onions are soooooo much easier than skinning several pounds of fresh ones

For anyone who knows pearl onions and wants to try pearl garlic, it’s really easy to grow at home. Just plant your bulbs after the last frost in spring. Garlic needs cold to make multiple cloved heads. Without cold, you just get one big garlic bulb.
