    Seasoning: Black Pepper, Salt, Granulated Garlic, some Cayenne Pepper.

    Cook time: 18hrs

    Just followed the meat church video for trimming and pellet brisket and wasn’t shy with the trimming process. Let the meat rest after seasoning.
