Jennifer at Home Stuffed Mushrooms
Recipe:
About 12 big Mushrooms 16 oz. (1 lb.)
*Mushroom Stems, save these.
About 4 T. cooked and crumbled Italian style sausage
2 T. Shredded Mozzarella cheese, plus extra to top with
2 T. Italian bread crumbs, regular bread crumbs, or Panko
2 t. Italian seasoning, to top mushrooms with
1 T. (3-4 cloves) chopped garlic
1 T. Dry Parsley
2 T. Parmesan cheese, grated
Olive Oil to drizzle over the top
About 2 T. melted butter to drizzle over the top.

Directions:
Bake at 400 for 20 minutes
Clean mushrooms with damp paper towel.
Pop out the stems, put stems in the food processor.
Add in all of the other ingredients, except the cheese that goes on top.
Blend well.
Start filling mushrooms with a scoop each, in the shape of a ball.
About 2-3 T. of filling in each cap.
Press lightly to keep in place in mushroom cap.
Top each with mozzarella cheese.
Before baking drizzle with Olive Oil.
