I live at a high altitude and have worked very hard to perfect my macarons over the years. I’ve had the best luck using the Swiss method at a mile+ high. These have a homemade apple butter center with a homemade caramel, whipped into a buttercream. The turkey ones were a big hit with the kiddos!
