30lb spatchcocked turkey came out absolutely amazing. We had 25 guests and everyone said it was the best they had ever had. Made an absolute mess and the grill needs a major cleaning but so worth it.

    *What seasoning did you use?

*How long did you cook it, and at what temperature?

*Did you use any special tricks or techniques?

    Traeger on!

Spatchcock on the smoker for the win! I dont know why cleanup is such an issue with some people, just crank the temp up to max for 30 min or so and burn it off.

I spatchcocked a 24lb one and it also destroyed the grill! Totally worth it, you could smell it down the block and it turned out great but I was shocked when I filled the grease bucket.
