Made too much prime rib for Thanksgiving. Tonight for leftovers I vacuum bagged slices and reheated at 130 for 2.5 hours. Well, we didn’t even eat all that I reheated! So I have one good slice still that was in the bath that I pulled out of the water and threw back into the fridge. Will it be ok to reheat again? Any issue with possibly throwing it in the freezer once the fridge cools it down? Not sure if I will get to eating it this weekend, but I don’t want it going to waste. Thanks.

Just make a chili or stew.
I have reheated, not eaten, then fridged and reheated again a few times. The only concern that I had was with the meat getting too mushy after multiple reheats.
You could always freeze and enjoy later.
Just boil a pot of water just before boiling turn off the stove. Throw in the meat cold from the fridge in a bag in 5-10 min it’s ready to eat. It won’t be precisely 130. But it has worked for me and is pretty easy and quick.
I slice off what I intend to eat and heat it. Why reheat the. Entire PR if you aren’t going to eat it all
Not in terms of safety but it will get depressing as the quality dives
I slice some off while cold and throw it on the pan. Prime rib stays sooo tender even if no longer pink.
You can make a killer hash with leftover prime rib.
I have never had a piece of that last long enough to be concerned for the number of reheat cycles the thing would tolerate…
But I have modern cooking equipment, so perhaps I am just very fortunate.
not a reheating comment but nice crust
Time to put slices on a pan and make it super crunchy and put it over rice in pieces
