Ingredients:
400g White Fish
Garlic and Herb seasoning (Or any seasoning of your choice) with additional chilli
1 tbsp Olive oil
8 Small tortillas
1-2 cups Shredded coleslaw mix (without the sauce)
1 Avocado
1 Large can of corn
Mayonnaise (Or a sauce of your choice, Greek yoghurt is a great nutritious option)
Coriander, to taste

Method:
Season fish and fry with olive oil
When the fish is cooked (around 8-10 minutes), assemble soft taco shells with sauce, coleslaw mix, corn, avocado, and fish!
Add coriander
