Just finished my first brisket. It was only a 2lb flat but for the price I couldn't resist. The grocery store had it marked down to $6.60. Cma out pretty tender and juicy. Smoked at 225 until bark was set then bumped to 270 until probe tender.

    Looks good!  I like the leaner part anyway and the point has so much far.  I would be ok only doing flats
