Thanksgiving special: Creamy Soup Tortellini Pasta Recipe

This creamy tortellini soup is an excellent vegetarian alternative to traditional turkey dishes, perfect for cozy family gatherings or dinners.

Ingredients:

• 12-15 pieces of four-cheese tortellini pasta
• 1.5 cups tomato sauce
• 1 cup colorful bell peppers (chopped)
• ½ cup onions (chopped)
• 3-4 garlic cloves (minced)
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• ½ tsp oregano
• ½ tsp chili flakes
• 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
• 2 tbsp Amul cheese (or your favorite cheese for garnish)
• Fresh basil leaves
• ½ cup heavy cream
• 1 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
• 1 cup water (or as needed)

Steps:

1. Prepare the Base:
Heat olive oil in a pan. Sauté minced garlic and chili flakes for a minute until fragrant. Add chopped onions and bell peppers, cooking them for 5 minutes until softened. Stir in corn for another 2 minutes.
2. Make the Soup:
Pour in the tomato sauce, heavy cream, and water. Season with salt, oregano, and basil leaves. Let the mixture come to a gentle boil.
3. Cook the Tortellini:
Add tortellini pasta to the soup and stir well. Sprinkle in the grated parmesan cheese. Cover and cook for 10-15 minutes, or until the tortellini is tender and infused with flavors.
4. Serve Hot:
