My parents can no longer travel.. so tomorrow we are bringing them Thanksgiving dinner and I just pulled the bird off the 26er. 10 lbs… dry brined 2 days… some cherry and pecan smoke… not a lot…. grill kept steady at 350 degrees. 2.25 hrs to cook it.
