3lbs London broil 1/2 cup beef broth 1/4 cup brown sugar 3tbsp butter 1tbsp Worcestershire sauce 1 low sodium taco seasoning mix
Season London broil with salt & pepper In a cast iron skillet, melt butter & sear both sides of London broil. Do this in batches to prevent crowding. Add to crockpot on low once both sides are brown. In a small bowl, mix beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, taco mix, & brown sugar in a bowl. Pour over London broil. Cook on low for 7.5 hours. Shred & mix into sauce.
The beans are Bush’s Sidekick Fiesta Black Beans. Love them!

I would have put the cheese separate for reheating purposes. This looks amazing OP! I’m inspired to try a slow cooker recipe now 😃

All food taste murky if stored in freezer then eaten up later. Instead of having such tasteless food, y u don’t cook every alternate days.

Looks so good, got a recipe to follow?
The beef looks yummy! Why did you finish at 2:30am? Were you waiting for it to slow cook?
