Not sure if it is allowed, but there was pasta and gnocchi in the dishes.

Was hosting a small dinner party and made this menu. We had a tomatosoup. Rooster tomatos, onion, garlic and hebs in the oven for 20 minutes. Baked some tomatopuree in the pan and added the veggies with a liter of vegetatie stock. Let it simmer for 10 15 minutes, cool a little and blend with a mixerr till you like it. Serve with a small spoon of mascarpone and a bit of green pesto

Second course was a traditional spaghetti carbonara. Eggs, pepper, pecorino and guanciale.

Main course Tagliata with baked gnocchi. Prepare the meat to medium rare and let it rest. Boil the gnocci for 3 minutes, drain, dry and slightly fry in the pan. Plate the plates with rucola, gnocci, tomatos and sliced steak. Drizzle with a dressing of baslimico, olive oil salt and pepper. Top of with some shaved parmagiano.
