This is your go-to recipe for a juicy, tender turkey with crispy, golden skin! Whether it’s Thanksgiving, Christmas, or any special occasion, this turkey will be the centerpiece of your feast. Let’s get started!

Ingredients You’ll Need
🧈 Herb Butter:
1 cup salted butter
1/2 cup chopped parsley 🌿
2 tbsp Italian seasoning
1 tbsp garlic paste 🧄
Salt and pepper to taste
🌟 Dry Rub:
1 tbsp adobo seasoning
2 tbsp Montreal chicken seasoning
1 tbsp smoked paprika
2 tbsp onion powder
2 tbsp garlic powder
2 tsp black pepper
2 tsp rubbed sage
🍋 Cavity Stuffing:
4 sprigs of thyme
4 sprigs of rosemary
4 sprigs of sage
2 lemons (cut into wedges)
1 orange (cut into wedges)
1 onion (cut into wedges)
1 whole garlic bulb
🥕 Vegetables for the Bottom:
2 celery stalks
1 large carrot
1 onion

Instructions 🕒
1️⃣ Prepare the Herb Butter:
Mix the butter, parsley, Italian seasoning, garlic paste, salt, and pepper in a bowl until well combined.

2️⃣ Season the Turkey:
Pat the turkey dry with paper towels. Gently lift the skin and rub the herb butter underneath and over the skin. Use every last bit for maximum flavor!

3️⃣ Apply the Dry Rub:
Mix all the dry rub ingredients together in a small bowl. Generously coat the turkey, ensuring all sides are evenly seasoned.

4️⃣ Stuff the Cavity:
Fill the turkey cavity with thyme, rosemary, sage, lemon, orange, onion, and garlic. This adds a fragrant flavor as the turkey cooks.

5️⃣ Prepare the Baking Dish:
Place celery, carrot, and onion at the bottom of a roasting pan. Lay the turkey on top, breast-side up.

6️⃣ Bake:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake the turkey for about 3 hours for a 10-pound bird (adjust time to 15-20 minutes per pound for other sizes). Use a meat thermometer to check doneness—your turkey is ready when the thickest part of the breast reads 165°F (74°C).

7️⃣ Rest & Serve:
Let the turkey rest for 20-30 minutes before carving. This locks in all the juices and makes for perfect slices!

🎉 Enjoy your show-stopping turkey with friends and family! Serve with your favorite holiday sides for an unforgettable feast. 😋
