Asked for opinions on this cocktail pairing a couple weeks ago and landed on something similar in flavor!
Lemon Nuri sardines with a twist on a saturn cocktail (gin, spiced pear and apricot liquor, orgeat, lemon, orange bitters). The fish really brought out some great floral notes in the drink. Cocktail napkins from RTG also made it really fun. Might try a contrasting pair next time we experiment 🙂
